Write one paragraph to make a connection about people in the world who have lost their power (maybe due to a weather front, earthquake, poor, etc...). Math - Perimeter in the snow Today we went outside to complete some of our math. The students were challenged to build a snow fort that was 1m x 2m and taller than the other group's forts. If you have those materials at home, please bring them in. If you do not have them, please don't go out and buy anything, we will figure something out. Generally we will be working in groups to make body system/organ models and experiments, so we do not need one per student. Anything around the home (from the list) would be greatly appreciated though. Moana Tickets The tickets for Moana were sent home today. f you purchased some, please check your child's bag, as they were handed out at the very end of the day. Class Photos The class photos went home today. Some of the student photos were also sent home. If you did not receive your photos, and have ordered some, please be patient, they will arrive. |
